Pressure Regulators - Type 3110 |

At only 2" by 2.8" the Type 3110
electro-pneumatic servo pressure controller is the
most compact card-mounted unit in the Marsh Bellofram
product line. Standard field selectable command signal
inputs are 0-10 VDC or 4-20 mA. A 0-10 V monitor signal
is standard, but others are available. A pressure
sensor in the manifold block permits accuracy to ±
0.5%, full scale. Many output ranges are available,
from 29" Hg vacuum to 600 psig. Two manifold
blocks are available; one has front ports to mount
directly to a panel, or it can be inserted into a
DIN rail adapter tray. The second manifold block has
ports on the bottom and can be mounted on a multi-unit
manifold system. Custom multi-unit manifolds available. |

Pressure Regulators - Type 3111 |
|
|
The Type 3111 electro-pneumatic servo pressure
controller is an economical version of the 3110. At
only 2Ó by 2.8Ó the 3111 electro-pneumatic servo pressure
controller is the most compact card-mounted unit in
the Marsh Bellofram product line. Field Selectable
Inputs are 0-5 VDC, 0-10 VDC, 0-15 VDC, or 0-20 mA.
A 0-5 VDC monitor signal is standard. A temperature
compensated pressure sensor in the manifold block
provides accuracy to ± 0.5% or better, full scale.
Many output ranges are available, from 29Ó Hg vacuum
to 150 psig. Two manifold blocks are available; one
has front ports and can be mounted directly to a panel,
or it can be inserted into a DIN rail adapter tray.
The second manifold block has ports on the bottom
and can be mounted on a multi-unit manifold system. |

Pressure Regulators - Type 3210/3220 |
|
The
Type 3210 single loop and 3220 double loop
electro-pneumatic servo pressure controllers incorporate
two solenoid valves and an internal pressure sensor
for increased sensitivity and accuracy. With current
or voltage signal inputs, the Type 3210/3220 controls
an output pressure with an accuracy of ± .5% or better
full scale. A wide range of output pressures available,
from 29" Hg vacuum to 600 psig. With a flow of
1.25 SCFM at 100 psi, the 3210/3220 can be used alone
or in conjunction with a volume booster to achieve
flow rates in excess of 2,000 SCFM. Optional output
monitor signals are available. The double loop (3220)
option permits 0-10 VDC feedback from a remote sensor. |

Pressure Regulators - Type 3211/3221 |
|
The
Type 3211 single loop and 3221 double loop
controllers offer non-bleeding solenoid valve technology
with an integral flow booster that produces forward
flows equivalent to standard industrial electronic
regulators or I/P converters. The 3211/3221 offers
analog monitoring of the output pressure by a 0-10
VDC signal, plus logic monitor output of the solenoid
valves. Many output pressures are available up to
150 psi. A built in air volume booster provides for
a forward flow of up to 19 SCFM and a reverse flow
(exhaust) of up to 7 SCFM. The double loop (3221)
option permits 0-10 VDC feedback from a remote sensor. |

| The
Type 3212 single loop and 3222 double loop
are non-bleeding electro-pneumatic controller with
flows exceeding those of most compact standard industrial
electronic regulators or I/P transducers. The 3212/3222
offers analog monitoring of the output pressure by
a 0-10 VDC signal. Many output pressures are available
up to 150 psi. Flows to 50 SCFM are possible from
the compact Type 3212/3222 electronic controller with
integrated booster relay. A reliable twin solenoid
valve system, with an integral pressure sensor, controls
pressures to an accuracy of ± .5%. Custom output ranges
are available. |

| The
Type 3215 combines reliable solenoid valve
technology with Bellofram's highly accurate, high
flow booster. Single unit construction eliminates
the external tubing and connectors typically needed
for such large flow systems. An internal sensor maintains
high accuracy for the system.. The epoxy-painted case
is ideally suited for outdoor or dirty industrial
environments. Command signal inputs are 0-10 VDC or
4-20 mA. Standard output ranges include; 0-30, 0-100,
0-150 psi with custom ranges available. Supply or
output port sizes include; 3/8", 1/2", 3/4",
1" NPT, BSPT or BSPP. The Type 3215 is available
with analog and logic output monitoring options. Optional
analog output echoes the feedback signal from the
on-board pressure sensor; logic monitor indicates
the idling/searching status of the unit. |

| The
Type 3510 single and 3520 double loop electro-pneumatic
servo pressure controllers combine the advantages
of reliable solenoid valves and digital control. Available
with a local keypad programming option or RS-485 Digital
Communications for PLC or PC control. The digital
pressure controller is one of the most precise, accurate,
and reliable devices available in the industry today,
by giving the user the ability to set and extract
data directly from the transducer with a PC or automation
system. With a forward flow of 1.25 SCFM at 100 psi,
the 3510/3520 can be used alone for many applications
or combined with a volume booster for flows in excess
of 2,000 SCFM. Many output ranges are available, from
29" Hg vacuum to 600 psig. Standard accuracy
is ±0.5% FS or better. Enhanced accuracy version is
±0.25% FS or better. A four digit display of the output
pressure is available with the keypad model.
